About the Role: As an AI Agents & Automation Intern at Medikloud, you will work alongside our engineering team to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents that automate internal workflows and enhance productivity across different systems. This internship offers hands-on experience with LLM integrations, AI agent architectures, prompt engineering, automation tools, and modern AI application frameworks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents that automate internal workflows and operational tasks.
• Integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face models, and Google AI Studio into intelligent automation systems.
• Build AI-powered tools and applications using modern frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK and similar AI development stacks.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluation workflows to improve agent performance and reliability.
• Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, and internal tools to create end-to-end automated systems.
• Work with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to orchestrate workflows across services.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI agent frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar ecosystems.
• Document AI workflows, agent capabilities, and system architecture to support scalable internal AI systems.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, IT, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI tools, or AI APIs.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Google AI Studio.
• Interest in AI agents, automation systems, and building real-world AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and debugging skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, etc.) is a plus.
