Key Skills Required

• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience developing AI Chatbots / AI Assistants
• Experience building MCP Servers and tool-based AI architectures
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and NovaSonic
• Strong experience working with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS Cloud

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures
• Build RAG pipelines and conversational AI platforms
• Architect AI tool ecosystems using MCP servers
• Lead and mentor AI engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch)
• Experience with voice AI platforms
• Experience with cloud-native AI architectures
