Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description

Designs, builds, and configures Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Focuses on implementing conversational logic, prompt flows, and integrating agents with data sources and automation workflows. Works closely with the AI Architect and Power Automate Engineer to ensure agents are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Core Responsibilities:

o Configure agent dialogs, triggers, and actions in Copilot Studio

o Implement prompt engineering and context handling

o Integrate agents with backend systems via connectors and APIs

o Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability

o Conduct unit testing and refine agent responses

o Participate in sprint planning and demos

o Document agent configurations and contribute to runbooks

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in AI development

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure AI Services, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, Git, Azure DevOps

- RAG, LLMs

- Gen AI Architecture

- Azure AI Vector, MongoDB and Postgres databases

- TypeScript, ChatScript, and Python

- Familiarity with FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, and retrieval optimization

- Understanding of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock

- API design and integration architecture for AI/ML systems

- DevOps - Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, Github
