Agentic AI Engineer

HYD/Pune/Bangalore

Experience: 10-12 years

We are seeing an experienced Agentic AI Engineer design, build and scale intelligent AI agents that automate SDLC assurance, testing and control compliance. This role will be responsible for enhancing existing AI agents and developing new AI-driven solutions for additional SDLC controls (Testing, Development, IAM, Security, etc.).

The role combines advanced LLM engineering with deep SDLC and quality assurance domain knowledge to deliver scalable, auditable and enterprise-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Design & Development

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows that automate end-to-end SDLC assurance processes.
• Enhance existing AI agents (Test Generator, Evidence checker etc) for accuracy, scalability and explainability
• Develop new AI agents for upcoming conrols such as Deploymnet, IAM, Security and Change Mangement
• Translate SDLC controls, standards and policies into AI reasoning logic and rulr-based decision flows.

LLM & AI Engineering

• Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) via platforms such as GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock or equivalent enterprise LLM platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling and multi-agent orchestration
• Design guardrails, validation and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure reliable AI outputs

Knowledge & Retrieval systems

• Design and maintain knowledge graphs to represent SDLC controls, testing standards and best practices
• Implement Vector Database for sematic search and retrieval
• Build and Optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for context-aware AI responses
• Ensure AI outputs are traceable, explainable and audit-ready

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI-compatible APIs)
• Experience designing Agentic AI systems or multi-step AI workflows
• Solid understanding on Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases and RAG pipelines
• Experience with API integration, microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science, Information technology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in development, test automation frameworks
• Working experience on Banking Domain such as core banking solutions, payment systems and diginal banking platforms.
