Key Responsibilities:

• Product Execution: Develop APIs and integrate with our existing frameworks
• 
  
• Architecture: Define and implement robust and scalable solutions
• 
  
• AI Agent Development: Ensure seamless development, deployment, and optimization of AI agents, tightly integrated with our existing platforms
• 
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Business Development, and Operations to align technology goals with business needs.
• 
  
• Quality and Performance: Establish and maintain high standards for platform security, uptime and scalability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI model development and training.
• Strong expertise in current state-of-the-art LLM models, including multi-GPU, multi-node setup for custom dataset training/fine-tuning.
• Proficient in building ETL pipelines for text-based datasets.
• Expertise in containerization (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Accelerate, including PyTorch Distributed.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, VMs).
• Skilled in data annotation and augmentation techniques for NLP.
• Solid understanding of GPU computing and CUDA.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in building and hosting APIs.
• Deep understanding of Python, C++, SQL , NoSQL and S3
