Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive product innovation. This role requires hands-on expertise in data science, machine learning frameworks, and scalable AI architectures, along with strong collaboration skills to work across product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for production-ready applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models into production environments.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance post-deployment.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of AI pipelines.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python (R or Java is a plus).
• Experience in working with large datasets, data wrangling, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Practical exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
