Core Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop autonomous agents using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI
Build and optimize RAG pipelines. Retrieve information from diverse data types stored in vector databases
Instrument applications using Langfuse to monitor agent traces, debug complex chains, and run A/B tests on prompt performance.
Integrate provision to switch between latest LLM models
Design system for "Function Calling" capabilities

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in LangChain or LlamaIndex. Including building stateful, multi-agent systems.
Deep experience with Qdrant. Including high-performance similarity search, filtering, payload management, and collection sharding.
Proven experience working with Gemini for vision-to-text analysis and/or Azure OpenAI (GPT models) for reasoning and text generation.
Agentic RAG techniques. Including query rewriting, LoRA and reranking
API development experience Authentication, Server Caching
Python skills and experience with building and deploying services
Familiarity with tools for LLM monitoring, cost tracking, and hallucination detection
