Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python , Generative AI , and Agentic AI . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) , Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , and advanced AI frameworks. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to collaborate across teams and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs , RAG , and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and optimize agentic AI systems for complex workflows and automation.
• Implement scalable and efficient Python-based applications for AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI model performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI , Agentic AI , and LLM-based architectures .
• Expertise in RAG techniques and knowledge of vector databases.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering , fine-tuning , and model evaluation .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
