Role Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, youll build the domain-specific AI pipelines that power our core workflows. Youll work closely with our AI Head and product/engineering teams to convert raw industrial data into smart, automated systems used in real operations.

What Youll Do

• Build AI pipelines to convert unstructured documents (BOQs, tenders, specs) into structured datasets.
• Develop parsing, retrieval, and reasoning systems across multi-format industrial data.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and vision-language models for production use cases.
• Design continuous learning loops and retraining workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scale prototypes into production-ready systems.

What Were Looking For

• Strong Python and ML fundamentals (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Familiarity with Document AI/OCR models (PaddleOCR, LayoutLM, Donut, etc.).
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and entity linking.
• Clean coding, modular design, and Git/GitHub proficiency.
• Ability to build scalable, production-ready ML components.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with document understanding or information extraction systems.
• Built feedback-based evaluation or retraining pipelines.
• AWS experience (S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker) for model deployment.
• Open-source contributions or published ML projects.
