AI Consultant

We are hiring an AI Consultant to lead technical direction, support AI initiatives, and strengthen our credibility in the market. This role bridges engineering, sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will shape our AI roadmap, mentor teams, support pre-sales, and drive thought leadership through whitepapers and research-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy and Innovation

• Define and evolve Crossmls AI vision and roadmap
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide adoption decisions
• Drive innovation across AI services and internal products

Engineering Leadership

• Mentor and guide AI engineering teams
• Review solution architecture and technical designs
• Ensure best practices in ML, LLMOps, and scalable AI systems
• Support complex problem solving in client projects

Sales and Marketing Enablement

• Participate in client discovery and solution scoping
• Support requirement gathering and technical validation
• Develop technical decks, case studies, and AI capability documents
• Publish whitepapers and research-driven thought leadership

External Representation

• Act as AI subject matter expert in client meetings
• Represent Crossml at conferences, webinars, and academic forums
• Build partnerships with research institutions or academia

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases
• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex AI topics to business stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
• Qualification: Doctoral-level qualification or research-intensive M.Tech/MS in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related domain preferred

Preferred:

• Strong academic research background
• Published research papers or whitepapers
• Experience working across both academia and industry
• Experience building or leading AI teams
