Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for Articled Assistants at Shreyas & Associates, a chartered accountancy firm providing comprehensive professional services in audit, taxation, accounting, corporate compliance, and business advisory.

As an articled assistant, you will gain well-rounded practical exposure across multiple areas of professional practice, working closely with partners, managers, and senior team members on diverse client assignments across industries.

The role involves assisting in statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect tax compliances, financial statement preparation, accounting support, and regulatory filings. Articled assistants will also be involved in client interactions, documentation, research on technical matters, and assisting in advisory assignments, enabling them to develop a strong understanding of the practical aspects of taxation, audit, and financial regulations.

At Shreyas & Associates, articled assistants are provided hands-on exposure to real client engagements, opportunities to work on end-to-end assignments, and guidance from experienced professionals to build strong technical and professional skills during the course of Articleship.

Qualifications

• Cleared CA Intermediate/IPCC and eligible to commence Articleship
• Completed ICITSS Orientation Course conducted by ICAI
• Completed ICITSS Information Technology Training (ITT) conducted by ICAI
• Strong foundation in Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
