Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting with statutory and internal audits, preparation of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling tax computations, and assisting with GST filings and income tax returns.

The role also involves performing data analysis, supporting client consultations, maintaining records in an organized manner, and gaining hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, transfer pricing, and insolvency-related assignments. The position provides structured learning and practical experience across multiple areas of accounting and auditing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles, including financial statement preparation and analysis
• Knowledge in Taxation, including GST, income tax computation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work with data
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and report preparation
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
