Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting in auditing, accounting, and taxation processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining and updating financial records, and providing support in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role may also include client communications and collaboration with other team members on financial and audit assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of auditing and compliance practices, taxation, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and preparing financial statements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Articleship registration as per ICAI norms is required)
