Position Title: CA Industrial Trainee

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Pune Office / Chennai Office

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to multinational finance operations and provides an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a corporate environment while working with experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial audits, internal controls, and compliance-related activities.
• Support tax filings, statutory compliances, and coordination with consultants.
• Participate in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Assist in preparation and review of MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support finance operations related to accounts, costing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Inter cleared.
• Currently in 2nd year of Articleship.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic taxation concepts.
• Interest in corporate finance and multinational business operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
