AUDIT & ASSURANCE

1. Audit of clients in various sectors, services and manufacturing
2. Audit of new world businesses - startups, tech based and Social Media marketing focused businesses
3. Outstation audits in various cities such as Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, cities in Gujarat
4. Internal Audits of client processes

TAX & REGULATORY

1. Tax Research on live topics
2. Assisting seniors in preparing memos onTax Advisory matters
3. Tax Compliance
4. Assisting seniors and partners on preparing replieson Tax Litigation matters
5. Assisting in FEMA matters
6. Working on Valuations and similar matters that come to the team

Stipend:

First Year - Rs. 10,000

Second Year - Rs. 11,500
