About the Role

Were seeking an experienced and concept-drivenArt Directorto lead creative execution across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communication. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, leadership skills, and a portfolio that blends compelling visuals with strategic thinking. Prior experience in adigital marketing agencyis highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team and design process from ideation to execution across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account managers to develop cohesive concepts.
• Maintain a keen eye forvisual aesthetics across static creatives and video content , ensuring design consistency, brand alignment, and high production value.
• Ensure creative output meets brand standards, marketing objectives, and deadlines.
• Translate briefs into impactful visual solutions with strong storytelling.
• Present ideas internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control of all visual assets.
• Stay updated on digital and design trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Minimum6 years of experience in design/art direction, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first campaigns and brand thinking.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion/interactive tools is a plus.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
