Role Overview:
We are seeking an Art Director with a refined visual sensibility and a strong foundation in fashion and lifestyle storytelling to join our creative team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading shoots and crafting clean, premium, craft-led work for well-known brands. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, an understanding of luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, visually-led narratives across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the art direction for photo and film shoots, from concept development and mood boards to on-ground execution and final delivery
- Develop strong visual ideas and design systems aligned with brand strategy and creative direction
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Stylists, Photographers, Producers, and other cross-functional teams
- Deliver high-quality, premium visual output across digital, print, social, and brand films
- Work on integrated campaigns ensuring consistency across touchpoints and platforms
- Maintain and elevate visual consistency while adhering to established brand guidelines
- Contribute to creative ideation while ensuring flawless execution and craft
- Stay ahead of global trends in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and visual culture
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or brand environment
- Mandatory experience leading shoots, ideally within fashion or lifestyle categories
- A strong portfolio showcasing clean, minimal, craft-focused work for premium brands
- Proven experience working on well-known or large-scale brands
- Strong understanding of composition, styling, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agency-led environment
Preferred Background:
- Fashion, lifestyle, luxury, jewelry, beauty, or home dcor brands
- Prior experience working on premium or heritage brands
