Nexi Studio is the creative and AI-empowered design arm of Nexi World Pvt Ltd, part of the ANPL Group. We build brands across both physical and digital ecosystems.

Our studio powers two high-growth verticals:

Nexibles Flexible packaging & brand design for FMCG products

NexiBox Digital brand systems including Amazon storefronts, social media creatives, website design (Figma), and AI-driven visual experiences

Together, these verticals create an end-to-end brand ecosystem from product packaging to digital brand presence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Art Director to lead Nexi Studios creative output across packaging, digital platforms, and AI-powered visual production.

You will define creative standards, guide the design team, and ensure brand consistency across packaging, e-commerce, social media, and web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Brand Leadership

Lead creative strategy and design quality across all studio projects

Develop concepts from brief to final execution

Maintain brand consistency across packaging, digital, and e-commerce assets

Present creative ideas to clients and leadership

Packaging Design

Oversee FMCG packaging design including FOP and BOP layouts

Ensure packaging compliance (FSSAI details, ingredients, legal text, net weight etc.)

Manage barcode placement (GS1), QR code integration, and nutritional table layouts

Prepare artwork for print production and packaging deployment

E-commerce & Amazon Design

Design and guide Amazon A+ Content, storefronts, and product listings

Create product infographics, lifestyle visuals, and e-commerce creatives

Support social commerce assets for platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, and D2C websites

Digital & Website Design

Design landing pages and website interfaces using Figma

Create visual systems for social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Ensure cohesive design across digital brand touchpoints

AI-Powered Visual Production

Generate photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery using AI tools

Build prompt libraries and visual systems for AI-generated assets

Reduce traditional photoshoots by leveraging AI-driven production workflows

Team Leadership

Mentor and manage a team of designers and creatives

Oversee project timelines, quality control, and creative output

Skills & Experience

810 years experience in branding, packaging, or creative agencies

Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

Deep understanding of FMCG packaging design and compliance

Experience with Amazon A+ content and e-commerce visual systems

Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Stable Diffusion

Strong creative leadership and client communication skills
