Diamond Atelier is a New Yorkheadquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand in New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.

Were looking for an Art Director who can define, protect, and elevate our brand aesthetic across every touchpoint from campaign shoots to social grids, from packaging to website visuals.

• The tone, mood, texture, lighting, framing everything

You wont just execute ideas. Youll shape them.

This is for someone who:

• Sees references in everything films, architecture, fashion weeks
• Understands luxury is about restraint, detail, and emotion
• Can guide designers without killing their creativity
• Can walk into a shoot and own the frame
• Cares about spacing, shadows, metal reflections, skin tones, typography

You think in campaigns | You speak in moodboards | You lead with clarity

What Youll Do

• Lead full creative direction for launches & campaigns
• Translate brand vision into a consistent visual language
• Direct shoots (models, lighting, styling, composition)
• Mentor designers and push the team toward excellence
• Protect the brand aesthetic at every level

What We Expect

• 5+ years in Art Direction / Creative Leadership
• Strong portfolio (luxury / fashion / jewelry preferred)
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling & visual systems
• Strong command of Adobe tools
