Art Curator & Client Relationship Manager

FormForge by Abhinav Goyal creates contemporary sculptural works that merge material, narrative, and spatial experience. We work with collectors, architects, and institutions seeking meaningful, high-end sculptural art.

Role Purpose

To manage all client-facing front-end processes from first enquiry to proposal, curation, and closure while maintaining the artistic integrity and narrative of FormForge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries (calls, emails, DMs, WhatsApp, website)
• Understand client brief, spatial context & intent
• Translate requirements into structured creative proposals
• Develop presentation decks with concept narratives
• Assist Abhinav in artwork curation for projects & exhibitions
• Coordinate timelines, revisions, and approvals
• Negotiate scope, pricing & delivery terms
• Maintain client relationship till installation and beyond
• Organise project documentation & CRM records

Required Background

• Degree in Design / Architecture / Fine Arts / Curation
• 710 years experience in:
• Art galleries / design studios / luxury interiors
• Museum coordination / curatorial support preferred
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Sensitivity to art language and aesthetics
