Were looking for a calm, structured professional to handle early client conversations, onboarding, and coordination between clients, architects, and the studio.

This is not a sales or creative design role.

What youll handle

• First client and architect touchpoints (WhatsApp & calls)
• Structuring early, open-ended conversations
• Managing onboarding stages and CRM discipline
• Holding clarity on scope, timelines, and next steps
• Coordinating once projects are confirmed

This role suits someone who

• Is comfortable saying no clearly and politely
• Has worked in architecture / design / art studios
