ARIS - Process Modelling

Job Role

• Map a high volume of diverse enterprise processes (100+) while strictly following Process Design Templates (PDTs) and architectural specifications.
• Rapidly and accurately convert PDTs into compliant ARIS models (EPC/BPMN) in an industrialized, factory environment.
• Maintain semantic and attribute consistency as defined by the Architect, ensuring outputs are optimized for downstream LLM ingestion.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of dedicated process modeling experience, including at least 2 years using ARIS Designer/Architect.
• Proven ability to translate complex business narratives (e.g., workshop outputs, SOPs) into accurate, structured process maps optimized for LLM ingestion.
• Tools:
• ARIS Designer/Architect (Expert User), ARIS Connect, Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Certifications:
• Mandatory: ARIS Process Modeler/Analyst Certification
• Preferred: BPMN 2.0 Certification
