ARIS Developer - Governence/ Senior software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Design, configure, and deploy ARIS Process Governance (APG) workflows to automate and optimize business processes, including both human and automated tasks
• Customize and enhance ARIS governance processes by developing scripts (JavaScript, Java) and leveraging ARIS APIs for integration and automation
• Translate business process models (EPCs, BPMN) into executable governance workflows, ensuring correct data flows, decision logic, and compliance with modeling conventions
• Integrate ARIS with third-party applications via REST APIs and WSDL interfaces to enable seamless process automation and data exchange
• Manage ARIS platform configurations, including filters, templates, custom symbols, and user setups, to support governance requirements
• Conduct semantic checks and enforce modeling conventions to ensure process models are automation-ready and adhere to governance standards
• Monitor, analyze, and report on process execution and performance using ARIS dashboard tools, identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas
• Provide production support, troubleshoot workflow issues, and participate in release cycle management for ARIS governance solutions
• Deliver ARIS training and support to IT and business users on APG workflows, governance processes, and best practices

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Person should have 6+ years of Experience in ARIS Development, Business Process Management
• Hands on experience of the full life cycle implementation of BPM projects using ARIS
• Experience in Database management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Must adapt to change quickly and be able to assess impacts where necessary
• Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items    
• Good to have knowledge on Agile technologies (JIRA, Confluence)
• Good to have Knowledge on ServiceNow Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Troubleshoot and fixing incidents, Keeping the system up and running, timely escalation to Lead      
• Assist other IT teams as well as Business stakeholders with your solutions during major/critical incidents
• Ensure the service operations quality is up to the organization standards
• Adhere to Agile methodology (example Scrum, Kanban & Jira etc)
• Mentoring the Agile PoDs on the RTB optimization and making sure no defects postproduction
• Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On call
