Requirements
- Experience 2-6 years in Talent Acquisition
- Education: Master in Business Administration
Job Description:
- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography,
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment, Exchanges etc.,
- Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background, Verification, Negotiation Audit responses,
- Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA,
- Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, Respective Area,
- Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals,
- Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase for better employee experience.
