We are expanding! We are looking for a dedicated and target-driven Business Development & Sales Professional to drive revenue growth in Homeware Division & sustainable recycled plastic products
If you have strong B2B & Channel Sales exposure, field sales experience, and a proven ability to close deals we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients (Dairies, FMCG, Logistics, EPCs, Manufacturing Units, Corporates)
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Generate a minimum of 50 new leads per month
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales funnel tracking
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure strong follow-ups for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales target
Primary Requirements (Must Have)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience or Channel Sales or General Trade
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Field sales experience
- Target-oriented mindset
- Market exposure in plastics / manufacturing / logistics / construction
- Experience in General Trade
