Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Varanasi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated territory, building and managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes creating sales strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. The individual will also ensure customer satisfaction, provide solutions to client needs, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships while understanding customer needs
  • Knowledge of market analysis and the ability to identify business opportunities within the renewable energy industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to challenges
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in data analysis is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated area
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in renewable energy or waste-to-energy industries is an added advantage
