We Are Hiring: Area Manager Retail (Eyewear Brand)

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager for a leading Eyewear Retail Brand for locations Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail operations, P&L management, and driving store performance through numbers. Candidates with experience managing COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores in a retail environment will be preferred.

The role involves overseeing multiple stores, ensuring sales growth, managing team performance, maintaining operational standards, and improving profitability. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business through data and KPIs are essential.
