Job Description: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Mumbai Region (Must cover full Mumbai)

Salary: 40,000 50,000 Per Month

Industry: FMCG (Bakery Ingredients & Food Decoration)

Role Objective

As the Area Sales Manager, you will spearhead business growth and distribution efficiency across the entire Mumbai region. You will be responsible for building a robust network of distributors and driving retail placement for our high-end bakery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mumbai Region Coverage: Strategically plan and execute field operations to ensure 100% presence across all parts of Mumbai.
• Primary & Secondary Sales: Direct responsibility for Primary Sales (Manufacturer to Distributor) and driving the sales team to maximize Secondary Sales (Distributor to Retailer/Baker).
• Distributor Management: Onboard, train, and manage distributors to ensure healthy ROI, stock availability, and timely payments.
• Target Achievement: Lead the sales effort to meet and exceed monthly revenue and distribution expansion targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors in the Mumbai region and provide actionable insights to the management.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Industry: Must have a background in FMCG or Food & Beverage sales.
• Communication: English communication is mandatory for this region as per company standards.
• Conveyance: Must own a Bike and have a valid driving license for daily travel across Mumbai.
• Stability: Strictly no career gaps or history of frequent job changes.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in handling both Primary and Secondary sales channels.
