Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager Solar PV Modules
Area: Vishakhapatnam , Hyderabad , Vijayawada
Minimum 37 years of sales experience in the solar PV module or renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of solar PV modules within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new channel partners, distributors, and EPC clients.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate module solutions.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Sunora's brand and products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 37 years of sales experience in the solar PV module or renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of solar PV module technologies (mono, bifacial, Topcon, etc.) and market dynamics.
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
