Samarth E Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging EV startup focused on developing innovative electric two-wheelers. As we prepare to expand our market presence, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales growth and dealer network development.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the electric two-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in two-wheeler sales, dealer network development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and national sales targets.
- Build and expand dealer/distributor networks across key markets.
- Drive market penetration and brand visibility for company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong dealer and channel partner relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure strong dealer engagement and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
- Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in dealer network development and channel sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for market expansion activities.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
