Position: Area Sales Manager General Trade, Consumer Care Division (CCD)

Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager

About the Job

The ASM, based in Bhagalpur, will be responsible for driving area sales performance, channel growth, and sales efficiency. He/She will drive product launches and trade initiatives, track market and competitor activity, and ensure smooth stock and depot operations on the ground.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with strong on-ground execution experience in FMCG Sales, mainly personal care. They must be strong at sales planning, driving sales targets, distribution management, and improving field sales force capability.

Eligibility criteria

• 510 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 34 years in an ASM role in General Trade (CCD)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
