Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new Educational Institutes and institutional partners, ensuring steady territory development.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partner institutions to drive sustainable business growth.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer experience to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Represent the organization with professionalism, safeguarding and enhancing its brand value in the market.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to strengthen market presence.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide data-driven insights and timely feedback to management.
Maintain full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
Proven team-handling experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Preferably from the Fintech, BFSI, or Education Business domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strategic mindset with a growth-driven approach.
