Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive project sales in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Fertilizer ,Steel, Cement, Power industries within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities from consultants, EPC contractors, PMC, and end users.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from pre-tender to order closure.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and collection goals.

Key Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with plant heads, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 56 productive visits per day).

Tendering & Negotiation

  • Track upcoming tenders, RFQs, and project inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical submissions, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close orders profitably.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and project status updates to management.
  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.


Qualification-Minimum Graduate

Exp - 5 to 12 Years
