Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive project sales in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Fertilizer ,Steel, Cement, Power industries within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities from consultants, EPC contractors, PMC, and end users.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from pre-tender to order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and collection goals.
Key Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with plant heads, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 56 productive visits per day).
Tendering & Negotiation
- Track upcoming tenders, RFQs, and project inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical submissions, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close orders profitably.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and project status updates to management.
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
Qualification-Minimum Graduate
Exp - 5 to 12 Years
