The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, territory expansion, customer engagement, and brand visibility across Rajasthan. The role requires a dynamic, proactive, and science-driven individual who can strengthen MTORs presence across academic institutes, research labs, biotech startups, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for MTORs complete portfolio.

- Build strong relationships with scientists, researchers, and procurement teams.

- Track and respond to tenders across Rajasthan.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Submit daily reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or related field.

- 37 years of experience in Life Sciences or Diagnostics sales.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
