About the Role
This is a hard-core sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting, preparing proposals, and closing deals for IT products and services including IT maintenance, facility management, security solutions, and infrastructure products.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify prospects and generate leads through cold calling
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings with senior management
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements
- Negotiate and close deals
- Conduct regular client meetings and gather service feedback
- Collaborate with the delivery team to communicate customer insights
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections
Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in IT products or IT services sales
- Must have worked in the Mumbai market for at least 2 years
- Proven experience in selling IT infrastructure solutions
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong prospecting and presentation skills
- Ability to identify client needs and propose relevant IT solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in selling
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (Servers, Storage, Network, Workstations, Desktops)
- IT Facility Management Services
- IT Security Solutions and Licenses
- IT Hardware Products
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Pay range and compensation package
