Sale of the company's products in Vending Solutions / Corporate & HoReCa Segment.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
To evaluate the need of the potential customers and build relationship with them.
Accountable for retention of the existing customer and enhancement in the overall business
revenue generated.
Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring
visibility.
Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners.
Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the concerned area.
Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS reporting etc.
Sales Forecasting - Minimising the variances between forecast and actuals.
Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure etc.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
