Role Details

Designation: Area Manager SME Business Loans

Grade: Senior Executive

Department: SME Business Loans

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Reporting To: Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive Unsecured SME Business Loan sourcing through DSAs and channel partners

Achieve monthly business targets and disbursements

Identify and onboard new DSA / channel partners

Build strong customer and partner relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and faster TAT

Support pre and post disbursal activities and renewal opportunities

Eligibility

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Unsecured SME / unsecured Business Loan Sales

Experience in DSA / Channel sourcing is mandatory

Education: Any Full-Time Graduate (MBA preferred)
