Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring
visibility.
Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners.
Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the area concerned.
Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS reporting
etc.
Sales Forecasting - Minimizing the variance between forecast and actuals.
Execution of BTL activations, sampling activations in the region.
Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure etc.
