Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced B2B Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales with proven success in achieving sales targets.

Cothas Coffee Company is the Largest Privately Owned Coffee Roasting Company in India with state -of- Art plant in Bangalore. The company caters To the "In-Home Consumption" Market and "Institutional markets like Hotels & Large Caterers since 1949. The Company also provides Coffee Brewing Solutions to Corporates & Public sectors for daily bulk consumption.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting cold calling and lead generation to identify potential B2B clients
  • Acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing ones to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing existing B2B distributors and onboarding new ones to expand the company's reach
  • Ensuring timely collection and billing activities to manage cash flow effectively
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support to achieve business objectives in the B2B sector
  • Conducting field visits to B2B clients and distributors to build strong relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Completing any other task assigned by the management in the B2B sector




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven success in achieving B2B sales target sand driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and other departments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
