Job Description

Role & responsibilities Distributor Management
- Ensuring distribution and visibility of companys
products on in assigned territory.
- Responsible for better customer relationship
management, distributor/customer grievances
handling and trouble shooting.
- Appointment of CD (Company Distributor) / SS
(Super Stockiest).
- Understand fund requirement from the market
to achieve desired business.
- Ensure required infrastructure is available with
Distributor to meet volume targets
Driving Sales - CD / ID wise target setting & planning
- Stock Allocation & CD wise billing
- Market intelligence and responsible for proper
reporting / feedback on competitors activities.
- Frequent market visits and joint working with
team to understand ways of working, process
adherence, placement challenges.
- Find out new business opportunities for overall
business growth.
- Periodical sales review and analysis.
Financials - Debtors control & recovery of outstanding
- Ensure sufficient BG/SD is available for achieving
volume target
Workforce Management - Building Team through recruitment program at
ASE & DSM level and carry out functional
induction
- Guiding & motivate sales team to achieve sales
target
- Performance Review on regular interval
- Ensure Sales policies are followed across area
- Training of sales team
Brand Building & Business Development - Planning & execution of BTL activities in
assigned area
- Ensure implementation of consumer related
promotional activities.
- Find out new business opportunities for overall
business growth and retain market share.
Depot Management - C & FA/ Depot/warehouse administration &
supervision.
- Stock Management/ Inventory/ Indenting and
focus on liquidation of slow moving products /
short expiry stocks.
- Coordination between C&FA, Company and
indenting logistics stock management
