Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to promote and sell company products in assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
- Promote company products and generate prescriptions/orders.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to reporting manager.
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred).
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
