Job Title: Area Sales Executive (Secondary Sales)

Secondary Sales: Retailer visits



Role Focus

This position will have a major focus on secondary sales through intensive daily retailer visits and strong on-ground execution to drive off-take and market penetration in the Bangalore market.


Key Responsibilities

Drive secondary sales through daily visits to tyre dealers, retailers, and garages

Cover 1012 retail counters per day

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Build strong relationships with tyre retailers and distributors

Execute in-store promotions, visibility, and merchandising

Collect market intelligence and competitor activity

Support distributor sales and improve stock rotation

Plan beat routes for maximum market coverage


Travel Requirement

Willingness to travel 1520 days per month within Bangalore and nearby areas


Candidate Profile

Experience: 35 years in channel/retail sales (Tyres / Auto Accessories preferred)

Strong exposure to secondary sales model

Comfortable with intensive field sales and daily market visits

Good communication and relationship management skills

Target-driven and self-motivated
