Area Sales Executive

Role: Field Sales Executive School - Uniforms & Shoes

Location: Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Uniform Sales (mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for school uniforms and shoes. The role involves developing new school tie-ups, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new schools, institutions and distributors for school uniforms and shoes tie-ups
• Manage and grow relationships with existing school accounts
• Conduct regular field visits to schools within the assigned territory
• Present product samples, explain specifications, and coordinate size trials
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize annual / bulk contracts
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer queries, order issues, and post-sales support
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates
• Track competitors, market trends, and provide market feedback to management

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in uniform sales mandatory
• Ability to build relationships with school management, principals, and purchase committees
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with target-driven and seasonal sales pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / sales reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Ready to work during peak seasons, school events (if required).
