Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented marketing executive candidate with experience and expertise in promoting industrial lubricants for a global lubricant brand in Telangana. The ideal candidate should possess between 3 to5 years of experience in the industrial lubricants sector and must demonstrate the ability to:
- Develop and implement strategies for B2B marketing of industrial lubricants across various segments, including manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, steel, and power sectors. This entails identifying target segments, fostering customer relationships, building networks, analyzing market trends, supporting sales with technical information, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to achieve growth and market penetration. Strong analytical, technical, and relationship-building skills are often essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans for lubricants, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and forecast trends to identify opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Lead integrated communication campaigns, develop promotional materials, and manage digital and social media initiatives for lubricant brands.
- Sales & Business Development: Facilitate sales through organized customer visits, manage B2B client relationships (including OEMs and workshops), and expand the customer base.
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical product knowledge and coordinate product trials.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales teams, ensuring the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Budget & Performance: Oversee marketing budgets, track key performance indicators (ROI), and report on campaign effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary Range: 3.5 lac to 6.5 lac Max
Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Experience: Demonstrated B2B/trade marketing experience within the lubricants, oils, or related industrial sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; aptitude for understanding complex industrial product requirements.
Typical Duties Include:
- Sales and Customer Base Development: Engaging with large industrial clients, OEMs, and potential customers to cultivate sustainable sales growth.
- Product Promotion: Organizing events, trade shows, and creating technical presentations to promote products.
