Job Description:

* This is a field-based sales role involving regular market visits.

* Managing, training, and guiding the sales team within the assigned territory.

* Setting and achieving monthly sales targets with the team.

* Monitoring sales performance and motivating the team to reach or exceed targets.

* Visiting doctors, hospitals, clinics, and potential clients to promote company services.

* Building brand awareness by meeting potential and existing customers in the field.

* Collecting customer feedback and sharing regular updates with senior management.

* Using calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to generate and close sales.

* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.

* Implementing a structured sales process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

Requirements:

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Willingness to travel for field work.

* Ability to manage a sales team.

* Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply.

* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
