Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive, focused on the Haryana market. The role is based in Faridabad. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. The Area Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to drive sales performance while ensuring proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in market analysis, competitor tracking, and identifying new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships.
• Proven ability in planning and executing sales strategies effectively.
• Experience in the Liquor, Spirits, or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork in a dynamic market environment.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint to prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Haryana region.
