Job Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage distributors & retailers in assigned areas
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Increase numeric & weighted distribution
- Ensure product availability & visibility in all outlets
- Execute market promotions, schemes & activations
- Conduct daily market visits and retailer meetings
- Monitor secondary sales and stock movement
- Collect market feedback, competitor activity & pricing details
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales manager & supply chain team
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of local FMCG market
- Distributor & retailer handling experience
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Chips / Snacks / FMCG brands
- Local area knowledge of Gurgaon, Faridabad or Noida
- Ready to travel extensively in the assigned territory
