Job Description

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

  • Ensure proper distribution and availability of products across general trade and modern trade channels.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and availability of products.

  • Implement trade promotions and schemes effectively in the assigned area.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to resolve operational issues.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit hygiene.
