Job Description

SUMMARY

Ensuring Sales & Distribution as per Business plan with the help of CD network and field sales force in the assigned area. Achieve planned volumes & distribution for various brands through effective product visibility, availability & distribution.

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB

Supervisory Capacity

This position will report to Area Sales Manager/Sr. ASE. All TSI /SR will directly report to this position.

REQUIRED KNOLWDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Related work experience The ideal Candidates should be Graduates/ Post Graduates with 4-6 years of experience in Sales.

Experience of selling Food / FMCG products would have an added advantage.

Educational Qualification Any Graduate PG - MBA/PGDM – Marketing (Preferred) Skills Excellent communication, selling & negotiation skills.

Able to work under pressure. Other Self driven & disciplined. Man management Advance knowledge of Computer – Excel, Word & E-mail

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Measure potential of territory

a. List all outlets (use TSI, SRs/DSMs for listing).

b. Identify FMCG selling Outlets.

c. Classify outlets.

2. Make Route maps for optimum coverage.

3. Retailing / Wholesaling.

4. Manage distributors performance.

5. Distributor claims handling

6. Achieving primary and secondary targets.

7. Short-listing and recommendation of distributors.

8. Reporting & resolving of grievances and consumer complaints.

9. Implementing & settlement of schemes

10. Product availability, visibility and Merchandising

11. Distributor salesmen, SR and TSI activity monitoring

12. To ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and infrastructure at distributors point.

13. Opening new outlets and its monitoring.

14. Planning and utilization of BTL budgets.

15. Reporting of competitors activities. Reports: • Daily Sales Report • Stock & sales statement : CD wise • Report card of DSM/SR/TSI • Data Ban
