We’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to drive urban general trade sales in the Dhanbad market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local retail dynamics and proven experience in FMCG sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned urban territory

• Develop and manage distributor relationships and ensure service levels

• Strengthen retail coverage through beat planning and outlet expansion

• Execute trade promotions and drive product visibility at retail points

• Lead market development activities and expand numeric distribution

• Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and trade execution

• Ensure timely sales reporting and data accuracy

✅ Candidate Profile:

• MBA is MANDATORY!

• 7–12 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in urban general trade

• Strong understanding of the Jharkhand Dhanbad market and local distribution network

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to manage distributor operations and market execution

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting tools

💰 Salary Range: ₹6 to 8.5 LPA (Fixed)
📅 Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
